Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Service and Delivery Driver to join our warehouse and delivery team. This full-time role involves delivering tires and equipment, maintaining safe driving practices, and supporting warehouse operations.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year delivery experience, a clean MVR, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy loads. The position offers competitive pay and benefits within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Safety-minded attitude required.
• At least 1 year of delivery or box truck experience preferred.
• No at-fault accidents for 1+ year; clean MVR.
• Must obtain and maintain a DOT certificate for NTW vehicle.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Current driver’s license valid for vehicle class.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently per policy.
• Load and stage trucks as needed.
• Comply with DOT hours-of-service regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and procedures.
• Follow route sequencing during tire/equipment delivery.
• Handle COD payments per policy when applicable.
• Keep vehicle and work area clean and secure.
• Provide courteous customer service aligned with company values.
• Wear provided uniform and present yourself professionally.
• Operate MHE safely as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
