Job summary

TBC Corporation, a leading tire and automotive service company, is hiring a full‑time Warehouse Delivery Driver in Redlands, CA. You will deliver tires and equipment, load and unload cargo, and maintain vehicle safety and DOT compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of delivery experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A $1000 sign‑on bonus is offered and a comprehensive benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• Safety first mentality.
• 1+ years of box truck or delivery experience.
• Maintain a clean MVR with no at-fault accidents.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for applicable vehicle classes.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT certificate.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and more occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and courteously per policy.
• Load, unload, and stage deliveries as requested.
• Adhere to DOT hours of service regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and procedures.
• Follow route sequencing and ensure proper COD handling when required.
• Keep vehicle and work area clean and secure.
• Represent the company with a people-focused service attitude.
• Work in a uniform provided by NTW.
