Job description

SWDS Drivers are responsible for delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using Company vans or pick-up trucks. They ensure deliveries are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct customer. Drivers are accountable for customer satisfaction and for transporting items in a safe, timely manner.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company reviews criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.

The individual selected will work at Store #1668, located at: 3105 Wall Ave, Ogden, UT 84401.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion
• Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Experience with material handling equipment
• Previous experience selling paint and related products
• Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish
