Job summary

Impact RTO is hiring for an entry-level driver/customer service role in McMinnville, OR. You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, assist in the store, and provide friendly service.

No experience required; training provided. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and pass background/MVR checks. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training
