Job summary

Lincare is the nation’s leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment, and clinical respiratory services. A Delivery Driver role is open to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients, including equipment setup and patient instruction.

Lincare offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of driving experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a professional driving role or equivalent.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Non CDL drivers may be 18+; CDL drivers must be 21+.
• Must lift 50+ pounds by oneself; ability to lift with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with patients and internal team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse per FDA protocols.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings and weekends for patient emergencies.
