FedEx Ground contractor in Kansas City seeks full-time delivery drivers to run local routes using cargo vans and box trucks. No CDL required; emphasis on reliability, punctuality, and customer service. Training is provided and routes finish daily with home time in the evening.

Starting pay is $170–$190 per day, with weekly pay and options for extra workdays. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and uniforms. Must be 21+, clean driving record, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• No CDL required
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 1 year of delivery or driving experience within the last 3 years
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and move packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses on established local routes
• Operate company-provided cargo vans and box trucks
• Load and organize your vehicle for maximum efficiency
• Work independently while maintaining communication with management
• Provide professional customer service throughout the day
