Job summary

Lovern Logistics is hiring Delivery Helpers to support Amazon package deliveries in the Duluth, MN area. No experience required; on-the-job training is provided. You will ride along in an Amazon-branded vehicle, assist the driver, and help ensure friendly, on-time service for customers.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a 4-day 40-hour workweek typical. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, paid time off, weekend rotation, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills.
• Must be at least 20 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Amazon packages to customers on-time and safely.
• Perform safety inspections of the delivery vehicle and follow local/state laws and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude under stress.
• Load and unload packages and assist drivers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with support team and drivers to ensure successful deliveries.
