Job summary

Performance Food Group in Rogers, MN is seeking a Driver, Helper Non Formula to support deliveries and assist the Driver in load/unload duties. You will be the face of the company, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and professional customer interactions.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 6–12 months in a warehouse with customer interfaces, ability to lift 10–35 lbs repeatedly, and the stamina for overtime. CDL training may be provided. Safety and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6 - 12 months experience in warehouse environment and interfacing with customers.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves/pallets, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Driver in the safe and accurate delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Loads and unloading truck and/or company vehicles.
• Places products in areas identified by customers.
• Completes required documentation in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
