Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a Driver Helper Non Formula to support food service deliveries. You will ride with drivers, assist in tractor/trailer or straight truck routes, and ensure safe, timely delivery to customers on intrastate and interstate routes.

Responsibilities include assisting with loading/unloading, placing products, and completing paperwork while communicating professionally with customers and vendors. The role requires DOT-compliant practices and ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lb and up to 60–90 lb depending on location.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Driver in the safe and accurate delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Loads and unloading truck and/or company vehicles.
• Places products in areas identified by customers.
• Completes required documentation in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
