Job summary

Summit Beverage is hiring a Delivery Driver Helper to support the Route Driver with product deliveries to retail accounts. You will assist with stocking shelves, rotating stock, and setting up displays while maintaining a clean work area and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires ability to lift up to 165 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow safety regulations. A Montana driver’s license is needed; hours are 5:00am–3:30pm with 4-ten-hour shifts and a monthly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service and merchandising experience in retail or beverage settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently with good time management.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 165 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist deliveries to scheduled accounts and unload/move product safely.
• Stock shelves, displays, coolers, and merchandize product per plan.
• Rotate products to maintain quality and freshness.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report issues to Route Driver or Supervisor.
