Job summary

Genbev is seeking a Driver Helper in Kaukauna, WI to assist with the delivery of products to customers. Key responsibilities include unloading products, stocking shelves, and maintaining product displays. The Driver Helper assists with the delivery of GB products to assigned accounts. They may also be responsible for rotating and merchandising products. Delivery Driver Helpers are encouraged to take advantage of on-the-job training to obtain a CLD license.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Friendly and professional communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, conveying issues proactively

• Able to reach, twist and bend, and get in and out of truck repeatedly throughout the day
• Able to lift up to 175 lbs. multiple times a day
• Can operate a 2-wheel hand cart on stairs and operate power assisted cart equipment
• Can read, write, add, subtract, multiply and divide at high school equivalency level
• Proficient using a computer or tablet and able to learn job specific programs
• Must have a valid Driver’s license
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and lift test

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Unload products at all customer locations by use of a hand truck or by hand. Follow all check-in procedures at each customer's location.
• Stock all shelves, coolers, and storage rooms as needed.
• Rotate all products.
• Build and merchandise product displays.
• Safeguard and account for company invoices, cash, checks, or other forms of payment and other company property under your control.
• Complete all required internal control records, forms, invoices, and reports properly and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
