Delivery Helper – $19.00/hr
Location: Caldwell, ID
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours vary can start as early as6:00am to 6:00pm

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Delivery Helper to support our delivery operations. In this role, you’ll assist drivers with loading and unloading materials, help deliver orders to customer sites, and occasionally drive company vehicles (van or pickup truck – no CDL required). If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading/unloading products onto trucks using manual or powered equipment
• Help deliver materials (drywall, windows, doors, etc.) to customer sites and carry items to designated areas
• Drive a company van or pickup truck to deliver orders (vehicles under 10,000 GVW)
• Serve as a pilot vehicle driver for oversize loads
• Ensure vehicles are inspected and maintained for safety and compliance
• Follow daily schedules to meet delivery goals
• Follow all safety procedures and attend required safety meetings
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Valid driver’s license required (no CDL needed)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs (occasionally up to 200 lbs with assistance)
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and performing physical tasks like climbing, kneeling, and lifting

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and follow maps, routes, and road signs
• Familiarity with safety and escort service regulations
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to use material handling equipment (both manual and powered)

Pay & Benefits:

• $19.00 per hour
• Full-time, consistent weekday schedule
