Job summary

PepsiCo in North Platte, NE is seeking a delivery driver to service local stores on a Monday–Saturday schedule. You will start at 5:00am and end around 5:00pm, driving a route to deliver beverage products with emphasis on accurate merchandising and timely deliveries.

You will unload, stock and rotate products, create displays, and coordinate with store staff for successful deliveries. This role requires a CDL and the ability to lift heavy loads while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and DOT regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly and push/pull 40–150 pounds.
• Must be able to reach, squat and bend during delivery and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery vehicle on an assigned route and deliver product to customer locations (including Foodservice).
• Unload product and place it in designated backroom areas using an electronic pallet jack or hand truck, as needed.
• Rotate and stock product on shelves, displays, and in coolers/vending equipment to meet local standards and ensure freshness.
• Build small displays and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners.
• Generate invoices, complete daily settlement of cash and charges, and work closely with store management/receiving personnel for acceptance of deliveries.

What You’ll Do

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL { } License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Position requires lifting and loading cases ranging from 20-45 pounds repeatedly during work hours; and pushing/pulling using from 40 - 150 pounds of force, occasionally (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires reaching, squatting and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store (with or without accommodation)
