Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to merchandise and deliver PepsiCo brands to local stores on a 4-day work week.

You will drive a route, unload and stock products, set up displays, and coordinate with store staff to ensure accurate deliveries and timely restocking. Valid CDL A and ability to lift 20–45 lbs, plus 40–150 lbs push/pull, are required.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class A License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and DOT compliance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Lifting/loading cases 20–45 lbs repeatedly; pushing/pulling 40–150 lbs.
• Ability to reach, squat and bend during delivering/merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery vehicle on an assigned route and deliver product to customer locations (including Foodservice).
• Unload product and place it in designated backroom areas using a pallet jack or hand truck as needed.
• Rotate and stock product on shelves, displays, and in coolers to meet local standards and ensure freshness.
• Build displays and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners.
• Generate invoices, complete daily settlement, and coordinate with store management for delivery acceptance.

Quick Look

• Pay: $30.45 per hour
• Location: BOWLING GREEN, KY
• Work Days: 4day work week monday-saturday
• Start Time: 4/5AM
• End Time: When routes completed

Deliver and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina by driving a route to serve local stores, unloading and merchandising to standards, and building positive relationships to ensure communities have access to quality beverages safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the delivery vehicle on an assigned route and deliver product to customer locations (including Foodservice)
• Unload product and place it in designated backroom areas using an electronic pallet jack or hand truck, as needed
• Rotate and stock product on shelves, displays, and in coolers/vending equipment to meet local standards and ensure freshness
• Build small displays and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners
• Generate invoices, complete daily settlement of cash and charges, and work closely with store management/receiving personnel for acceptance of deliveries

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Position requires lifting and loading cases ranging from 20-45 pounds repeatedly during work hours; and pushing/pulling using from 40 - 150 pounds of force, occasionally (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires reaching, squatting and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store (with or without accommodation)
