Job summary

Acme Tools in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Delivery Driver to move goods between the warehouse and customers, load and unload items, and support store operations. You will transport items, verify orders, and help maintain organized inventory with care and safety.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, operate a company vehicle, and may use powered equipment. Benefits include PTO from day one, holidays, insurance options, and a company 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving a pick-up and trailer combo.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Willingness and ability to operate powered equipment (forklift, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Transport items from warehouse to customers or to other Acme Tools locations.
• Unload freight using manual or motorized equipment.
• Ensure order accuracy by comparing goods with packing slips and report discrepancies.
• Scan or enter products into inventory systems.
• Maintain stock on shelves and organize warehouse and store areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and organize shipments for customers.
