Job summary

International Wines and Craft Beer, located in Alabaster, Alabama, seeks full-time Delivery Drivers. You will deliver wine and beer to accounts and help merchandise products in select markets.

Some warehouse shifts may be required during vacations and holidays. The role requires reliable driving experience, the ability to work independently, and you must be at least 21 years old. Starting pay is $20.50/hour for non-CDL drivers or $22/hour with CDL, with a typical 4-day, 40-hour workweek.

Job description

International Wines and Craft Beer, located in Alabaster, Alabama, is seeking candidates for Full-Time Delivery Drivers. Candidate applications will be screened & forwarded to any open delivery postings, when applicable.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver wine & beer to accounts
• Merchandise beer and wine in certain markets as needed
• Some warehouse shifts might be required during vacations and during the holidays
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Be able to communicate effectively with all business partners
• Previous driving experience required
• Must be able to work independently with little direct supervision
• Must be 21 years or older

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Able to lift 50 pounds consistently, up to 175lbs on occasion
• Able to walk, stand, and stoop on a consistent basis
• A drug screen, MVR, and background check are required
• Position is hourly; starting pay is $20.50 for non-CDL-A; CDL-A starting pay is $22
• Typical schedule is a 4-day workweek; guaranteed 40 hours a week
