Job description

We are seeking a Delivery Driver - Furniture to join our team! You will drive and assist in delivering and picking up furniture.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up furniture to customer locations in a timely manner
• Communicate with customers and the store throughout the day
• Load and unload vehicle
• Collect unpaid delivery/pick up fees
• Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle with daily 13-point inspections
• Clean vehicle at the end of each day
• Maintain accurate inventory of packages, materials, and tools
• Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Experience in delivery driving (preferably Furniture) using dollies, blanket wrapping, and shrink wrapping, customer service, or related fields
• Clean driving record
• Previous experience driving a box truck
• Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull merchandise exceeding 100-300 pounds, including stairs
• Deadline and detail-oriented
