Job description

The Role

We are looking for a Delivery Driver responsible for delivering cannabis products to Green Thumb's customers. The role involves safely transporting products, maintaining delivery schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should have a passion for driving, excellent communication skills, and be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the start of the day for scheduled deliveries.
• Interpret and comply with state laws and regulations related to medical cannabis delivery.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as changing tires and checking fluids.
• Manage delivery documents, ensuring proper record-keeping and completion of manifests.
• Maintain professional relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate effectively when issues arise during deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Preferred: At least one year of professional driving experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass required background checks, including MVR and industry-specific requirements.
• Comply with all legal and company regulations.
• Availability to work varying shifts, including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable and responsible attendance.

Additional Requirements

Ability to perform tasks for prolonged periods, including:

• Moving within dispensary and delivery areas to assist customers.
• Remaining stationary in a vehicle to complete deliveries.
• Communicating with individuals and groups.
