Approximate hours will range between 9:30 am to 8:00 pm. Shifts last 8–10 hours per day and are available 7 days per week. We offer 5 different full‑time schedule options as well as part‑time options, so you can choose what works best for you. All full‑time drivers work four 10‑hour days per week and enjoy three days off.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use a handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift.
• Have a positive attitude and ability to receive instruction.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage: $21.25 – $23.75 per hour.
• Additional $1.50 per hour safety bonus potential.

Jamrose Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, team players to deliver Amazon packages. Delivery associates deliver 200–300 Amazon packages per day to customers in the Middle Tennessee area. Drivers operate out of our delivery station in Lebanon, TN off the I‑840 near the super speedway.
