Job Description

North Star Delivery is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating out of the Amazon warehouse in Venice, FL.

We are expanding our team of Delivery Associates (DAs) and are seeking candidates who possess the following qualities:

Candidates MUST also:

• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past 5 years
• Pass a 5-panel drug test
• Be at least 21 years old
• Be able to deliver packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Use handheld technology for GPS navigation, scanning, and administrative tasks
• Be able to keep pace in a physically demanding environment, including climbing in/out of the vehicle 150+ times per day and delivering 250+ packages
• Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions

Note: No industry experience or CDL license required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to work on time
• Load your vehicle prior to dispatch without assistance
• Operate your delivery vehicle safely
• Ensure quality deliveries with a focus on safety at all times
• Meet customer expectations by delivering on time, safely, and accurately
