Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver in the United States. You will deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, provide expert advice, and support store operations. No CDL is required and you will use company-provided vehicles.

Responsibilities include safe driving, on-time deliveries, loading/unloading, handling returns, and maintaining vehicle readiness while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries of parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
