RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino’s franchises in the United States, is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver in Fishers, IN (11640 Brooks School Rd, Ste 300). You will deliver a friendly customer experience, uphold brand standards, and help with store operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, and employee discounts. Prior driving experience and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
Strong communication and basic math skills.
Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
