Job summary

RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise, is seeking a delivery driver at 4545 Rockville Road in Indianapolis. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, team discounts, and exposure to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

As a delivery driver, you will provide friendly service, uphold brand standards, and safely transport orders. Requirements include 18+, 2 years driving, a valid license, a dependable vehicle, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
