Job summary

Major Xpress Logistics LLC is hiring dedicated and customer-focused package delivery drivers to provide reliable Amazon delivery service. We offer competitive pay of $23.25 per hour, paid weekly, with PTO, health benefits, tuition assistance, and a 401(k).

Onboarding includes paid training and a company-provided van, GPS, and uniforms. This is a permanent role with flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time options, and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license (no probationary licenses).
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Available to work at least one weekend day.
• Able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Smartphone required for route communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses.
• Load and organize packages efficiently in the delivery vehicle.
• Operate company-provided Amazon-branded vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Follow Amazon’s safety, delivery, and quality standards.
• Navigate routes in all weather conditions and meet delivery deadlines.
• Communicate with dispatch and management as needed.
