Job summary

AKAIROS LLC in Manassas, VA is seeking a full-time delivery driver for our on-the-road operations. You’ll drive a company-branded vehicle, use a handheld app for routing, and deliver packages door-to-door while maintaining safety and strong customer service.

Starting pay is $21.00–$22.50 per hour, with weekly bonuses, a $500 sign-on bonus, paid overtime, and a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, paid training). Flexible schedules and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-branded delivery vehicle (non-CDL), starting and ending your day at a local delivery station.
• Use a handheld device with the delivery app for routing and customer delivery information.
• Load, deliver, and sort packages efficiently and safely across assigned routes and navigate various weather conditions.
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs (most packages are much lighter).
• Work independently while being part of a supportive team environment and delivering excellent customer service.
