No CDL required for this position; candidates must be 21+, possess a valid license, and pass background/drug screening. The role offers weekly pay, PTO, a 401(k) match, paid training, and a stop bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pre-employment background and drug screening required.
• Prior courier experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs and load/unload.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicle to deliver packages.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain package condition.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and follow safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize schedules.
• Document deliveries and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Report vehicle issues or incidents.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
