Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring Delivery Drivers for our Downtown Boston store, located at 61 Bromfield St, Boston MA 02108. As a Delivery Driver, you will deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing timely service.

Ideal candidates will be organized, possess a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old. The position offers a pay rate of $18.00/hr plus mileage and tips, and includes flexible schedules, paid time off, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own car, valid license, registration, and insurance.
• Must pass a motor vehicles background check.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fan base in a timely manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive interactions with customers.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to provide accurate status updates to customers.
