Insomnia Cookies is interviewing Delivery Drivers for our Harvard Square store at 65 Mount Auburn St, Cambridge, MA 02138. As a Delivery Driver, you will deliver cookies and treats with excellent customer service, using our delivery app to update customers and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Own a car, valid license, registration and insurance.
• Pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality before leaving the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide courteous customer service in person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to provide status updates to customers.
