Qualifications

• Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license (no CDL needed).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Able to pass a background check and a 4‑panel drug screen.
• Able to lift, push, pull, and move packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
• No delivery experience needed; training is paid.

Responsibilities

• Start your shift at Fargo/West Fargo, load your van and deliver on time using GPS.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws and company policies.
• Provide great customer service in all weather conditions.
• Use a smartphone for scanning, navigation, and team communication.
• Help teammates with rescue stops when needed.
