MBR Management, a Domino's franchise, is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver for the Jacksonville location (901 W Morton Ave). You will deliver pizzas and other products to customers with a focus on safety, efficiency, and friendly service.

Responsibilities include navigating routes, maintaining vehicle condition, keeping records, and providing excellent customer care. The role requires evenings/weekends availability and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Jacksonville.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience.
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer concerns.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles.
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times.
