Job summary

MBR Management Corporation, a local Domino's franchise, is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver for our Jacksonville location (901 W Morton Ave). You will deliver pizzas and other items, provide friendly service, and maintain safe driving practices on every route.

Responsibilities include efficient route navigation, accurate delivery records, and adherence to safety policies. Flexible hours, tips daily, and employee discounts are part of the perks as you help us serve the community.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Professional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery.
Willingness to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Jacksonville.
Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity.
Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition.
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer concerns.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles.
Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times.
