MBR Management, a Domino's franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver at our Maryland Heights location (2148 McKelvey Rd). This part-time role puts you on the front lines, delivering orders on time with a focus on safety and customer service.

You will follow routes, use GPS, handle payments where applicable, maintain the vehicle, and build friendly relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Flexible hours and competitive wages are offered, plus benefits after a probation period.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery use.
• Ability to meet delivery schedules with strong time management.
• Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying packages.
• Experience with GPS/navigation tools preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products on assigned routes.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools.
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service at each delivery stop.
• Verify delivery addresses and collect payments when applicable.
• Maintain delivery documentation accurately.
• Inspect vehicle condition daily and report issues promptly.
• Load items securely to prevent damage.
• Keep vehicle clean and represent brand positively.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Communicate with dispatch about delivery status and delays.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
