MBR Management Corporation is hiring a Delivery Driver for the East Alton location (341 W St Louis Ave). You will deliver pizzas and goods along assigned routes, ensuring on-time delivery with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within East Alton and surrounding areas.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping tools to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy.
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly to ensure safe operations.
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and are delivered to the correct locations.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and compliant deliveries.
• Build positive relationships with customers, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
