Job summary

RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise, is hiring part-time Delivery Drivers in the Kent area. Fall seasonal demand is noted, with opportunities for a flexible side hustle and competitive hourly pay.

As a driver, you’ll provide a friendly customer experience, uphold brand standards, ensure safety, and manage deliveries with time-aware multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to use a company-provided dash camera during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
