Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Waco, TX is seeking a Delivery Driver to bring our Cookie Magic to fans across the delivery radius. You will check orders for accuracy, deliver cookies, milk and ice cream, and provide top-notch customer service in person or by phone.

The role requires owning a car, a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a smartphone with data. Eligibility to work in the United States and being at least 18 are required.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate excellent time management and organization.
Knowledge of the store's 2-mile delivery radius is a plus.
Must have own car, valid license, registration and insurance.
Must pass a motor vehicles background check.
Must possess a smartphone with data plan.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
Provide quality customer service in-person or by phone.
Use Insomnia’s delivery app and provide accurate status updates to customers.
