Job summary

Dalmatian Fire in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time Construction Delivery Driver to inspect, load/unload, and deliver fire protection materials to job sites across Central Ohio and beyond. This role supports efficient field operations and on-time project timelines.

You will operate delivery vehicles, follow OSHA safety standards, and communicate with shop coordinators and jobsite personnel. CDL not required; valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; CDL is NOT required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect supplies for accuracy, damage, and conformity to work orders.
• Safe and proper operation of equipment and vehicles required to load/unload, secure, and deliver tools/equipment, materials and supplies.
• Drive delivery vehicle to destinations, ensuring route efficiency and safety.
• Make deliveries to/from our warehouse, supply shops, and multiple construction sites in the Central Ohio area and beyond as required.
• Interact with our Shop Coordinator and Jobsite Personnel.
• Assist with miscellaneous work needs in the Warehouse.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
• Other duties, as assigned.
