Job summary

MIG'S Trucking Inc. in Romeoville, IL, is hiring Delivery Drivers without a CDL. Starting pay is $925 per week, with a raise to $950 after 90 days and a $500 retention bonus after six months. Paid training, weekly pay, and full benefits are offered to eligible drivers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Previous delivery, courier, or driving experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided delivery vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers within assigned routes.
• Load, unload, and organize packages for daily deliveries.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely service.
• Verify packages and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery progress, delays, or other concerns.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow company safety guidelines, traffic laws, and operational procedures.

• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move packages in and out of the delivery vehicle and deliver them to customers' doorsteps or designated delivery points.

Our delivery operations run seven days a week. Available schedules include:
