About Perspicacity Logistics Group Corp.

• Weekly pay
• 2 - 4 weeks of paid training depending on skill level, $160/day
• Sick time to be offered per the rules of the state of MO. Paid holidays following 1 year of service.

• $75 monthly safety bonus for an accident-free record, $75 monthly service bonus for meeting FedEx service metrics, and a $300 employee referral bonus when a referred driver completes 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
• Pick up, scan, load, and deliver packages
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages while maintaining their condition
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations
• Verify package accuracy and maintain required delivery documentation
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delays, route issues, or other delivery concerns
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations promptly
• Follow company policies and delivery safety procedures
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Age 21 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Class E license required

• Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs., including bending, lifting, and maneuvering packages in and out of the delivery vehicle
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus
