Job summary

Domino’s Delivery Drivers provide excellent customer service while transporting customers' orders in a safe, timely manner. Drivers will assemble, load, transport and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and road safety.

Qualifications

Pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check.
Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required.
Own reliable transportation and maintain a clean vehicle.
Able to read maps and follow directions to route deliveries.
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle payments.
Punctual, professional attire and responsive to customers.
Demonstrate effective communication with staff and customers.
Adhere to schedules and show smart hustle during shifts.

Responsibilities

Arrive on time in complete uniform with a clean vehicle and full gas tank.
Assemble items in order and ensure extras are included in the delivery.
Route orders within minutes of leaving the store using routing software.
Deliver items safely to customers, obey traffic laws and avoid unnecessary stops.
Collect money and provide correct change; collect signatures for cards.
Keep cash and receipts balanced at shift end and secure in-vehicle funds.
Resolve customer questions and handle complaints with courtesy.
Assist with kitchen tasks or phone orders when needed.
Maintain a clean, stocked driver area and store surroundings.
