The position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading and bringing products into the store, ongoing rotation and stocking of products on shelves, displays, vending equipment, and coolers, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily settlement of cash and charges. Frequent interaction with store management is required.

This labor-intensive role requires lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) repeatedly during work hours. It also involves reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products across various weather conditions. During peak seasons, long work hours may be necessary.

Primary Accountabilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic driving functions
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of the shift
• Merchandise and rotate products according to standards
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products
• Establish positive relationships with primary contacts at each account
• Comply with operating procedures and DOT regulations
• Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
