Job Title: Delivery Driver

Salary: $61,910 annually

This position involves delivering products to stores along established routes or through dynamic dispatch, serving convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, drug stores, etc., with an average of 15-20 stops per day. The driver is responsible for unloading products, stocking store shelves, displays, vending equipment, and coolers, and setting up promotional materials such as signs and banners. Additionally, the role includes generating invoices, daily settlement of cash and charges, and frequent interaction with store management.

This is a labor-intensive role requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) multiple times daily. The job also involves reaching, squatting, bending, and working in various weather conditions. During peak seasons, long work hours may be necessary.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions across multiple stores daily.
2. Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including driving forwards, backwards, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
3. Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
4. Merchandise and rotate products according to local standards, including filling shelves, building displays, and removing outdated products.
5. Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
6. Establish positive relationships with primary contacts at each account.
7. Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations.
8. Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
