Impact RTO Holdings is hiring for an entry-level delivery driver role in the Athens, TN area. You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, set up items in customers’ homes, and assist in-store tasks as needed.

No experience required; we train you and offer a path into management. Expect a 5-day work week with Sundays off, plus benefits and bonuses based on store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Interact with customers respectfully and communicate clearly.
