Job summary

MightyMeals INC is hiring Delivery Drivers in Gainesville, VA to deliver freshly prepared meals across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. Starting pay is $17+/hour, with paid training and company vans provided. Shifts run Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, usually starting around 7–8 AM, with routes of 8–10 hours per day.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Lifting up to 50 lbs and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record; no DUIs in last 3 years.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and punctual with full availability on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Strong time-management and route-following skills, plus good communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate MightyMeals-branded vans to complete deliveries.
• Load and unload products (must be able to lift at least 50 lbs).
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Assist with van loading before departure.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
