Job summary

Final Mile Logistics LLC is an Amazon DSP in Norfolk, VA seeking a Delivery Driver – E-Commerce to join our community-focused team. You’ll start and end at Amazon DOR2, delivering packages locally with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

We offer Part-Time and Full-Time roles with shifts 7 days a week and pay between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour plus paid overtime. No experience required — bring a positive attitude and a valid driver’s license to begin your career with us.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No experience required — a positive attitude and reliability are a must!

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle through a variety of local routes
• Use a handheld device to access routing information and customer delivery details
• Load and unload packages and deliver them efficiently and on time
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED — deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide exceptional customer service — we deliver smiles, not just packages!
• Work comfortably in varying weather conditions and stay active throughout your shift
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately
