Job summary

LTSO Logistics, LLC in Tarboro, NC is seeking motivated DRIVERS to join our growing team. You will deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses on routes with flexible shifts, paid training, and a company vehicle provided. High physical activity and independence with customer interaction are key aspects of the role.

Starting pay is $21.50 per hour, with weekly pay and full-time/part-time options. CDL not required; prior delivery experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (non-probationary).
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Walk 7–10 miles and enter/exit a van up to 150+ times per day.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and customer-focused.
• At least one weekend day available.
• Great fit for applicants with delivery driver experience (DoorDash/Uber/Amazon Flex).
• Company offers paid training and does not require a CDL.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle (cargo van or sprinter) and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Load and organize packages for your route; deliver to homes, apartments, and businesses.
• Navigate routes in all weather; follow traffic laws and safety procedures; inspect vehicle before/after shifts.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and team members.
• Use handheld device to scan packages and follow route navigation.
• Safely lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Work shifts ranging from 9–10 hours; 4 days on/3 off or 5 days on/2 off depending on route.
• Part-time options available in addition to full-time.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle (cargo van or sprinter) and maintain Vehicle Cleanliness
• Load and organize packages for your delivery route Deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses.
• Navigate a wide range of routes in all weather conditions, follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and team members
• Use a handheld device to scan packages and follow route navigation.
• Safely lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Stay on the move while working shifts that can range from 9-10hours.
• Schedule is 4 days on 3 days off or 5 days on 2 days off depending on route typ
• This is a physically active position where you will deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses while working independently and being part of a supportive team environment.
