Job summary

North Star Parcel Llc is seeking motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team for fast, safe, door-to-door delivery of Amazon packages. No experience required; we provide training and expect a strong customer-service mindset. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with 4-day work weeks and some 5th day opportunities.

The role emphasizes safe driving, efficient routing, load/unload duties, and daily vehicle checks. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld device for routing information and delivery details.
• Deliver to customers in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages for delivery.
• Complete minimum of 25 stops per hour.
• Shifts available 7 days per week with 1–4 day work weeks.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Navigate routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Operate delivery vans/trucks in accordance with laws.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including inventory management.

North Star Parcel is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time safely. Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions, we deliver in all weather conditions. Snow, Sleet, Rain, Cold and Heat
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Complete minimum of 25 stops per hour
• Shifts available 7 days per week with 1, 2, 3, or 4 day work week
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Navigate assigned routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Operate delivery vans or trucks in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.
• Handle paperwork related to deliveries, including delivery confirmations.
• Assist in warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar courier role.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Strong route driving skills with knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate delivery documentation.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
• No experience needed, CDL not required, training is provided
