Sign-on Bonus of $8,000 (with at least one year of verifiable Food or Beverage Delivery Driving Experience in the last 5 years)

• Perform product deliveries along assigned routes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Inspect vehicle equipment and supplies; request repairs as needed.
• Assemble orders for timely delivery, ensuring accurate delivery windows.
• Place products at assigned storage locations per customer requests.
• Maintain accuracy and prevent damage during delivery.
• Communicate issues promptly to the Transportation Supervisor.
• Follow maps and geographic directions.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, adhering to safety policies and traffic laws.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Complete administrative tasks and paperwork accurately.
• Review invoices, report problems, and handle receipts and monies received.
• Keep records in accordance with company policies.

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• At least 1 year of route driving experience within the last three years.
• DOT certification and valid State Class A CDL license.
• Ability to understand and enforce regulatory guidelines.
• Customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs repeatedly.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and math skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and an innovative problem solver.
• Active listening and independent decision-making skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
