Sign-on Bonus of $8,000 (with at least one year of verifiable Food or Beverage Delivery Driving Experience in the last 5 years)

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing product deliveries along assigned routes to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Inspecting vehicle equipment and supplies, requesting repairs as needed.
3. Assembling orders for timely delivery, ensuring accurate delivery windows.
4. Placing delivered products in designated storage locations per customer requests.
5. Maintaining accuracy and avoiding damage during delivery.
6. Communicating problems immediately to the Transportation Supervisor.
7. Following maps and geographic directions.
8. Managing multiple tasks efficiently.
9. Adhering to BEK transportation policies and safety guidelines.
10. Complying with traffic laws and DOT regulations.
11. Maintaining professional appearance and conduct.
12. Completing administrative tasks and paperwork.
13. Reviewing customer invoices and reporting issues.
14. Reporting mechanical problems, delays, or accidents.
15. Handling receipts and monies received from deliveries.
16. Keeping records in accordance with company policies.

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• At least 1 year of verifiable route driving experience within the last 3 years.
• DOT certification required.
• Valid State Class A CDL license.
• Ability to understand and enforce regulatory guidelines.
• Customer service skills and knowledge of quality standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Interpersonal skills across organizational levels.
• Self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and independent decision-making.
• High school diploma or GED.

Driver safety is prioritized, with dash cameras utilizing AI to monitor safe driving and capture safety events. All drivers sign a consent form upon hire.
