Sign-on Bonus of $8,000 (with at least one year of verifiable Food or Beverage Delivery Driving Experience in the last 5 years)

• Local truck driver, home daily, performing product deliveries along assigned routes and related duties to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Inspect vehicle equipment and supplies, requesting service and repairs as needed.

• Assemble orders for timely delivery, ensuring accurate delivery windows.

• Place products in designated storage locations per customer requests.

• Maintain accuracy and prevent damage during delivery.

• Communicate issues immediately to the Transportation Supervisor.

• Read maps and follow geographic directions.

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, using time, equipment, and materials appropriately.

• Follow BEK transportation policies, safety guidelines, and comply with traffic laws and DOT regulations.

• Ensure professional appearance, conduct, and training compliance.

• Complete administrative tasks and paperwork for transportation operations.

• Review customer invoices and report mechanical problems, delays, or accidents.

• Maintain vehicle logs, cargo, and billing records as per BEK policies.

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.

• At least 1 year of verifiable route driving experience within the last 3 years.

• DOT certification and valid State Class A CDL license.

• Ability to understand and enforce regulatory guidelines.

• Customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.

• Excellent communication, math, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize.

• Commitment to safety and company standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
