Job summary

Soligent in Millstone, NJ is hiring a Delivery Driver/Distribution Center Specialist (First Shift). You will safely deliver products, provide friendly service, and help with picking, packing, and loading orders for delivery.

You’ll inspect vehicles, support inventory accuracy, and participate in our safety program, collaborating with a team to keep it tidy and efficient. Must meet 2+ years of driving 26’ box trucks and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving 26’ box trucks and/or flatbeds in a distribution environment.
• Experience driving a forklift in a distribution setting required.
• Experience with manual, electric pallet jack, lift gate, and tarping.
• Ability to interact with customers in a courteous manner.
• Recent experience with using computer terminals and scanning software to look up information.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds, carrying and moving heavy equipment and supplies.

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll play a crucial role in our Solar Transportation Operations while:

• Safely delivering products in perfect condition to our customers
• Providing friendly, courteous and efficient customer service
• Picking, packing, and loading orders for delivery
• Inspecting delivery vehicles and ensuring the safety and security of the entire delivery process

Your role will be very hands‑on; you’ll collaborate with team members to maintain accurate inventory, inspect incoming products, expedite the movement of products, and uphold our tidiness standards. Your role extends beyond day‑to‑day tasks - you’ll contribute to helping develop solutions. As safety is our priority, you’ll also be an active participant in our safety program.

If you’re ready to play a part in bringing clean energy to the world and have:

• 2+ years of recent experience with driving 26’ box trucks and/or flatbeds in a distribution environment
• Experience driving a forklift in a distribution setting required
